what wipes do you use?

We started with pampers sensitive but I hated the dispenser and so I bought a small thing of Huggies Natural and LOVED them. Used them for months but the last few packs I've noticed the quality has really gone down - they are SO thin (see through now, where they used to be thick and quilted) and the moisture is weird - the top ones are super dry, the bottoms wet, so I have to flip them over in the dispenser every few days). I don't know what happened to them, but I think we need something new.

I tried the "new" pampers sensitive wipes and they are SO greasy and leave this weird film and gave my daughter a rash.

I was so happy with Huggies wipes, why did they have to change???

Re: what wipes do you use?

  • I'm no help, I use the Pampers Sensitive on my DS.  I also had used the Huggies Natual ones a few times.  It is too bad they made them thinner.

  • We had been using the Huggies simply clean and I really liked them! Last night I picked up some of the Walmart brand wipes, just to try them out.

  • I use whatever is on sale but huggies one and done are good, pampers thick sensitive, and walmart parent choice are really thick!
  • I've used the Huggies Naturals for almost 3 years.  I haven't noticed a difference in them.

  • I use Huggies, usually one and done or natural. I haven't had any problems with them but I have heard of someone else say they noticed a change.

  • I use target brand sensitive; they are not greasy, they don't smell bad and they are like fabric.

  • Try the Walmart Brand -Parent Choice- Those are the ones I have been using on DS since he was about 3 months.  I really like them.  They are thick and never dry, I believe they are compared to huggies.  (double check that)

I buy the big box online for about $12.00 a box will last me a really long time.

  • Target's upup, but they seem different then when we bought them when DS was a few months old. I've been thinking we need to go back to Huggies...

  • We started with pamper's sensitives too, I didn't like the smell of them and how soaking wet and soapy they felt. I also tried huggies natural, and they were always ripping on me and they just didn't work very well. The target ones worked well earlier on, when her poops weren't as solid but still the super watery BF kind... but about a week ago I sent FI to the store to get new wipes and a lady there apparently raved about the Huggies One and Dones so he got those and I'm really happy with them! They rip easily at first, but since I got used to them I haven't ripped nearly as many. They are just wet enough and nice and heavy duty and structured and instead of using like 10 wipes with a messy dipe I'm only using 3 or 4.

  • We use Pampers. We started using Pampers Sensitive in the beginning, but now I just buy whatever Pampers I have coupons for.

  • I love the Huggies Natural Care! I haven't noticed a change in mine, but I do notice that the bottom ones are always really wet and top ones are kind of dry.

  • The Costco Kirkland brand wipes are fantastic and you get a box of 9 packs of 100 wipes each for $14.99. We were Pampers exclusive (still are for diapers), but people on TB have raved about the Kirkland wipes in the past, so I thought I would try them. Love them!

  • Yep. Costco wipes are the best. I've used lots of different kinds and Costco are easily the best.
