Chewing Necklaces

I was wondering if anyone here had experience with using chewing necklaces with a preschool age child. I teach 3-4 year olds and I have one who is very anxious much of the time and chews his clothes. In an effort to help save his clothing and possibly reduce the chewing, I'm looking to get him some chewing necklaces to use.

I was hoping that someone had some recommendations for ones that they had used in the past that worked well and where they had gotten them. TIA!

We have 2 of the basic chewelry necklaces and 1 bracelet.  P doesn't really chew on it though..so for us it didn't really help.  She isn't a super active chewer though, maybe once a week she will soak her shirt but she prefers to bite her fingers.
