Rec. your inexpensive toddler sneaker, please

I buy DS one pair of Stride Rite sneakers for each size because they really do fit him best. But I like to have an extra cheap pair for the days when the grass is wet and muddy and he's splashing in puddles outside. Right now we have Garanimals and they suck. He's always tripping on them. I'd like another pair under $20, preferably more in the $10-15 range, if you have any that you like for your kiddo.

    Another vote for Target.  I was there this weekend, and they had a decent selection of kid's stuff cheap. 

    Do you know if they're doing the BOGO 50% off sale in store? I need another pair of shoes for my kiddos and I hate ordering stuff online.

    I just ordered DD a pair from Walmart that I really like. Danskin does shoes for toddlers at Walmart. They were only $8 or $12 bucks (I bought two pairs can't remember which was which price). They seem pretty good and are a better quality than the Payless ones I usually buy her.

    Payless Smart Fit brand. They're $12 and comfortable. They come in kids sizes too, and DD1 has never complained. Plus they're the shoes that DD2 always wants to wear.

    Ugh, I'm jealous. We have an outlet about 30 minutes from here but it still seems like I end up paying at least $25 for a pair in his size.

    Payless. They are the same company as Stride Rite, and they carry some other brands that aren't too bad. C wears wide and we have a hard time finding shoes in his size, he is currently wearing 9.5Ws.
