Update on stopping progesterone

I know some of the ladies will be stopping their progesterone in the near future  so thought I'd share my experience. I took my last suppository 5 days ago and alls been good, no spotting or anything really noticable at all. Maybe slightly less bloated?

My plan was to go down to once a day for a week but after doing that for three days, something just clicked in my head and I realized my body really didn't need it anymore so I just totally stopped. So while I think it's totally normal to be really nervous about making that transition, things turned out totally fine so far, hope that helps!

    Yay for no spotting or other nervous-making symptoms! So glad to hear that the transition was a smooth one.

    That is good news. I have 10 days left on PIO and was thinking of going to every other day after that until I run out of syringes. I'll need to see what my RE says. I am scared of stopping. A girl on PAIF had a bad bleeding scare bc her RE had her stop progesterone after only 8 weeks and it caused a hormonal imbalance. I will be 10 weeks when I stop but it still has me scared.
