I've tried many. I didn't like the BFF. My favorite is the Vera Bradley miller bag. Not one of their actual diaper bags but it works great. I carry a changing pad, 4-5 diapers, a few toys, a snack tower, wipes, diaper ointment, phone, wallet, keys, nursing cover, wet bag all with room to spare. A regular backpack works well also.
Update... I went to a local boutique today and took a look at a variety of bags. I looked at the BFF I had picked out and it just didn't do it for me! I liked the straps (nicely padded) but the inside just didn't seem roomy enough. Instead I swapped it out for two others - Kalencom Weekender Tote and Skip Hop Duo Deluxe. I LOVED the Kalencom bag in person. It's super roomy and really lightweight. I worry that it might be too big for every day use, so I added the Skip Hop for that.

For One Kid: Ju Ju Be BFF
For Two: Ju Ju Be Be Prepared.
These bags are insane for room and organization. Very impressed.
I was thinking of these different bags:
JJ Cole Satchel in Cafe
Timi & Leslie Charlie/Jessica/Marilyn
Skip Hop Studio - if I can find one without a pattern
Storksak - Elizabeth (if I thought I could afford it heh)
