New to the board...

I was diagnosed with ppd about 3 weeks ago. It has been a rough battle. I've never dealt with this and I hate feeling like this. I'm on zoloft and when I take it I feel balanced, but when I stop I feel absolutely crazy. I'm hoping having people that understand what I'm going through will help me cope with it. Thanks for listening.

    Hi Jaclyn,
    Welcome! Good job getting the help you need! I started taking cipralex 8 days ago, so im still adjusting, but it already feels better knowing things will get easier to deal with.
    If you ever need to vent, ask questions, or just get some support, this board is great for that!

    Welcome! I'm glad you are getting some help. I hope you find some company here, this board is a little slow. You might also try finding a PPD support group in your area. Check out postpartum.net. Good luck!
