Do babies like sleeping in PnP?

Are Pack N Plays comfortable for overnight sleeping on a daily basis? I'm asking specifically about the mattress part (not bassinett if it comes with one).

Our LO is outgrowing his RnP but want to keep him in our room. His crib is too big for our bedroom, unfortunately, and thought a PnP might be a good option. I'm just not sure if he'll dig a really hard mattress because he didn't like the mini-cosleeper we orignally had him in before the RnP.

We use ours in our bedroom and she sleeps well in it.

My DD has slept in the pack n play since she came home. She has never had a problem in it. I hope it works well for your LO if you deceide to do that.

Our LO slept in a PNP, the bassinet part, for almost 2 months. She slept there just fine. Now she sleeps in the main part of the pnp at daycare. I haven't used the main part at our house yet. I believe they make matresses if your worried about the comfort or hardness of the pnp. Also, my older DD slept in a PNP at our house (she's a step child 50/50 custody at that time) until she moved to a toddler bed and she is just fine.

Edit: I wanted to add, have you seen some of the positions babies can fall asleep in? It's amazing to me that they can sleep like that. I think your LO will be more than fine sleeping in a PNP.

DS sleeps in his PnP for naps and nighttime for the last 4 weeks or so. We haven't had a problem. I bought the quilted sheets from BRU to make it a little more comfy
