Awesome little moment today

Today is a day off for me-- hooray! I have had so few lately. 

Anyhow, I stopped at Dunkin because I had some time to kill on my way to my sister's house and thought I could totally go for a delicious pumpkin decaf iced coffee. For no reason whatsoever, my Momma Spidey Sense went off and I asked the guy if he was sure it was decaf-- despite having repeated my order verbatim, he had given me caffeinated. 

When the lady behind me looked irritated that she would have to wait while he made me a new one, I smiled sweetly and said "I'm so sorry. Normally I wouldn't care, but I'm pregnant and can't drink that." The woman had the grace to look down at her shoes.

It felt so awesome to say that, though! "I'm pregnant!"

    Saying I'm pregnant is the most awesome thing in the world.  One woman that has been mean to me at work for a year acually hugs me everytime I ask her for something.  My coworkers bring me food several times a week.  Since I had that swelling scare DH canceled boys night and waited on me hand and foot.

    It is going to be so sad when I am treated like a normal person again.

    Wow, there is a pumpkin decaf iced coffee- I can't wait to find one!  I have been craving coffee, and that sounds so good.
