DH= burn vic, abn sa MFI|| ME= PCOS, Sarcoidosis, Hypohyroidism HSG-OK
tried naturally 2011 & 2012-
TTC with nurse practitioner 2013
2 clomid cycles- both bfn, started seeing RE 2013
