Nursery Question

Sorry if this is a little long of a post...

We know we're having a little boy and are super excited. But we can't seem to find anything we like for the nursery. We like monkeys and we like travel themes (cars, boats, trains, planes, etc) and want to mix the two but are striking out everywhere. I'd love to carry it out somehow, but since I can't find anything I like I'm debating just crapping the entire idea. Any recommendations?

Have you looked at PBK? They don't have a monkey & travel combo but they have them separate. You could always match up different things from each set since they sell them individually. I like their 2 monkey themes, a little less unconventional than what you normally see anyways.

We like monkey's as well and are doing that for our little girl. When I was hunting for cute stuff, I found lots of really cute boy-ish monkey bedding.

We got our monkey bedding from Target.

I don't know that you will find a monkey and travel combo but you could do one or the other. Or maybe just looking for bedding the colors you like and build from there.

Thanks for the recommendations ladies! I agree, trying to find something in both is pretty much impossible. But these are all pretty cute.

I love the idea of a little monkey riding a train. Cute! Maybe check out Etsy and see what they have. A lot of the Etsy sellers can create something specifically for you. So, maybe you go with more neutral bedding in the colors you like and then see if you can find or have made some cute art prints or wall decals with the monkey transportation theme? I'm a diehard Etsy fan and have found so many cute things on there and have had great experiences working with the sellers.

If you make it a safari theme, you can add elements of car (jeep). You may have to custom order a decal from etsy.
