Hypnobabie schedule question

I hit my third trimester on Sunday and am ready to start my home study course! YAY! Since it is twins I am starting early since they will probably come early.

But I went to look for my booklet and such and couldn't find it : ( I know I still have it, but we have moved since the last baby and it is probably just packed in a box somewhere. Since it may take a while to find I was going to just start listening to the first weeks tracks on my ipod since I have them on there still.

My question is,... what were the first tracks? I was thinking that it was Comfortable Childbirth and then Special Place. Is this right?

    Sorry if someone's already beat me to it but I happen to have my book open beside me (trying to get caught up some after slacking, time is of the essance at this point!).

    Week one is alternating Special Place and Painless Childbirth and also Joyful Pregnancy Affirmations (it says to listen to this one at bedtime...).

    Thanks a ton! They must have changed the name of that track from comfortable childbirth to painless childbirth in the more recent editions, because I don't have that one. Interesting. Thanks again!
