I had an appointment with my MFM doc today to check dopplers of cord and head. Unfortunately, cord Doppler is worse and they decided Noah needs to come out. I am currently in the hospital and have received my first dose of steroids. The plan is to give the second dose of steroids, let them work, and then do a c-section. Looks like he will be here by the weekend. If he shows any signs of distress we will do emergency c-section.
He is obviously going to be quite early and very small, likely under 4lbs. Otherwise he looks good developmentally and I am thankful for that. I am on the monitor and he looks great. No contractions.
I will update when things change. Please keep us both in your thoughts and prayers.

Sending good thoughts your way...
Haha, my username should read "3Girlsand1BoyMama"...with #5 on the way! (and then we're done.)

unfortunately he has severe IUGR and was barely 3lbs 4oz a week ago. That's part of the reason he will be delivered early.
Ohhh, I see. Sorry.
Good luck with everything!

T&P to you and little Noah! Good luck!
I've been praying for you two - sorry to hear the dopplers weren't where they should have been but looks like you are in great hands!
Glad to hear he looks good and I'm sure the steroid shots will give his lungs that little extra boost they need!
Praying all goes well with the c/s and Noah's arrival!!
