3yr old sweats like crazy during sleep

Anyone else have a toddler that sweats like crazy during sleep? My DD does - mostly from her head. Of course I googled and saw all of the horrifying possibilities - sleep apnea being the leasing one which I'm pretty certain she oesn't have. Even now with this cooler weather she's till sweating.

Dd does. She has for about a year.but dh is also a very warm person and I sweat a lot too. I lol when she wakes up and there's a little sweat mark on the sheets in the shape of her head curls and all. I never worried or googled it because i'm a light sleeper and she doesn't really have any health problems

My DD does too if she is sick or if it is warm out or she is dressed too warm (usually at naptime)... but I also get hot really easily when I sleep & sweat too so I haven't gotten too worried.
