Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

Did you do assisted hatching? I do know lots of fellow triplet momma's who have "a pair and a spare" from putting two back and having 1 split. It is more common with hatch assist.
