Anyone get a fever and not have infection?

I am 3 weeks past C Section tomorrow, since Sunday about once a night I get a fever between 100-101 degrees and then it breaks and goes away.  

I had bloodwork done on Monday and it came back with normal white blood cell count, the only thing is showed was my anemia and that I'm taking iron for.  I went to the OB yesterday, incision looks great and I don't really have pain other than the minor cramp here and there.   The only thing is the fever with the chills before it breaks.  They did a urine culture but I won't have the results back until tomorrow afternoon.  Anyone else have a fever and it just be them healing from the surgery?  Dr. Google has me freaked out majorly!!!!  But if I had an infection you would think it would show up on the bloodwork.  

I have myself all worked up.

    I had a low grade fever while in the hospital and probably about 4-5 days after being home. The doctor said it could have been a few things aside from the csection. Since I was breastfeeding she said it could be from engorgement, hormones, etc.

    I had a fever perhaps about a week post c-section and was also due it was more than likely b/c of breastfeeding..
