I chose SS because it's pretty much a combination of almost all of the options you gave me. Just depends on the day (hour, minute, second) on what is most comfortable.
I said either side, but that is really just the majority of the time. I fall asleep on my side with my boppy, but when I wake up I am usually half side, half tummy, and then I readjust. I toss and turn all night constantly switching sides from either my hips hurting or falling asleep. (that and trying to avoid those nasty leg cramps) It's super annoying

All of this. Sleeping has become problematic and I'm constantly switching positions!
I voted SS because I've developed a system where I change sides every time I get up to go pee. I figure while I'm putting all that effort in to roll over I might as well get up and pee too...
Haha, my username should read "3Girlsand1BoyMama"...with #5 on the way! (and then we're done.)

this is me, too. I pretty much completely rearrange my bed and pillows after every trip to the bathroom, so I am in 2-3 different positions throughout the night.
It is either side with pillows between my knees because I get too sore being on one side the whole time. I guess it is my sacroiliac joints that are loosening up.
I am either left or right side, leg propped up, half side/ stomach. When I'm not tossing and turning :
Thumbs up... since I can't put the little pic in from my phone. I prefer my right side, but I try to rotate since blood and oxygen flow is better for DD if I'm on my left.
Silly me, but what is CPW? I don't see it on the abbreviations lists.....lol

As for sleeping..I just can't wait until I can sleep on my stomach with my face in the pillow. I hate this side to side crap and the body pillow trick ain't cuttin' it!

I'm apparently the only one desperate enough to do this. (I included it in the poll, but I'm the only one who took this option). *The On my knees option.
I take two pillows and put them long ways between my legs, while I'm on "all fours" on the bed... then I take a third pillow and put that long ways underneath for my head and for a little support on my chest and tummy. I don't have to stay "on my knees", if I get the pillows wedged all up in the right spots, I just kind of slowly extend them out until I'm kind of "belly laying", if that makes sense. This way I don't get the horrible, splitting vag pain when I have to get up throughout the night (that I get with every.other.position. btw).
Anyways, I hope I described this right...if not, I could try to scrounge together some pictures from google...but I don't know how that'll go over either...
I chose SS. Sleeping is impossible! I switch from both sides and have to have a pillow between my legs. I basically just flop around all night until I get tired of moving all the extra weight and eventually fall asleep!
I voted SS because I'm a combo of left and right side, but with one leg propped up and over to where it's half stomach/half side. I flip throughout the night!
i voted ss 'cause i sleep half on back and half on side, if that makes sense. i dont lie completely flat on my back. i place pillow on half my back side to incline it a little and another pillow to support my belly.

I also voted SS; this is how I sleep, as well! Usually when I wake up I either roll over or get up to pee and then choose the opposite side from the one I woke up on when I get back in bed.

I am intrigued.
I think I am going to rig up some kind of belly fort and see if I can sleep on my belly (ish).
The leg pillows, are they across your hips or really between your legs? I am thinking 2 at my hips and 2 at my chest/above my bump and one or 2 for my head.

I lay the two leg pillows long ways and straddle them, so really between my legs, not across my hips, it helps keep my lower portion (below my hips) lifted up (versus if they were just across my hips there would be a "drop off" below my hips, if that makes sense).
I agree, I could use a few more pillows for my head, but I have never been a pillow girl and it's been my life's mission to decrease the amount of pillows on our bed since DH and I started living together (he LOVES pillows)... so I feel guilty putting them all back on the bed, plus I really do not like them on the bed. If I get moved around, they act as hindering devices and I get stuck underneath mounds of pillows! What the heck?
Anyway, you should try it tonight. If I think of it, and the picture doesn't look completely stupid, I'll have DH take a picture of how I'm laying and post it for y'all. I really really find it comfortable. Odd, but comfortable.
i sleep on my right and left sides with ampillow between my legs and I also sleep on my back pushing the pillow upmagainst my butt so my legs are slightly elevated and it doesn't kill my lower back
Re: CPW: Sleeping
This, either side- but kind of on my stomach.
I just want to lay on my stomach. I actually thought of making some kind of pillow fort thing and trying to sleep on my belly.
