Femara take two...

I have my second monitoring appointment tomorrow and am trying to be hopeful. My appointment last Wedbesday showed no follies, so the RE bumped me up to 7.5 mgs to try and salvage this cycle. Hopefully I have some follies in there. I've been having a lot of cramps, so that has to be good.....right?

    Good luck! I hope the Femara worked and that this is a very successful cycle for you. And, yep, it sounds like ovulation pain to me. FX!

    Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
    18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
    BFP #1 6/22/09 EDD: 3/2/10 DS born: 3/8/10

    TTC #2 since Dec 2011
    BFP #2 7/8/12 EDD: 3/18/12 M/C @ 9w1d: 8/16/12

    Same thing happened to me this cycle. First round of femara yielded no good follies so I then did a double dose right after. I ovulated very late in the cycle and with only 1 strong folloe but it did the trick! I'm pregnant. Hope it goes the same for u!
