Requesting Prayers!

I mostly lurk, but I am asking for prayers for my LO so I figure every one sent up has to help.

My daughter has been having full body tremors for the last couple of weeks. She had her 7th episode last Sunday at church. 6 of them have happened after she has woken up from a nap and once while my husband was trying to get her to sleep. She had an EEG done (to monitor her brain waves), 2 weeks ago. We got a call last night, that the test came back abnormal. She had a peak in activity on the front left part of her brain during her sleep that should not have happened. We are told this could be a marker for focal seizures, which is related to partial epilepsy. They are sending her to a pediatric neurologist to do further tests sometime in the next couple of weeks.

It is also possible that her brain is not sending her body the signal that it is awake and that is causing the tremors, which would be something she would grow out of.

We are very nervous about the outcome of this test and are praying our baby will be okay and have no lasting effects from this. I will keep you guys updated, but please pray for her and us.

hopefully they are right and she will grow out of it.

When my niece was about 3 she used to turn blue and make snoring type noises and pass out cold.. she even did it at my sisters wedding right as they were signing the register... We thought she had falled asleep and was snoring which made us laugh ... till she turned blue.. my mom rushed her out and straight to a hopsital and my sister signed and ran... yes two crazy chick in wedding garb showed up at the hospital within 10 minutes and there she was sat in a bed eating cookies happy as a clam.

She grew out of it and is now a lanky beautiful healthy 26 year old
