We are still waiting for bm to sign over rights she was supposed to on Sat but the two witnesses required in her state that were supposed to be set with the attourney ended up not being able to make it. Bm was all set to sign that day and has sworn 100 % she is not changing her mind. Our little girl was born on the first so I would think at this point she would have changed her mind already plus she has placed a child before and the bm bf isn't ready to parent after losing a child a couple of years ago. They also are under financial hardship. As all AP know waiting for that paperwork to be signed is torture!!! Even though everyone says this is it its just not real and after four miscarriages thers always that waiting for it to go wrong. Plus until everything is signed and the 96 hrs until its official is over we dont want to book our travel to go see her just in case...and we just cant wait to see her and talk to the drs!!! We did tell immediate family and our best friends but will wait to tell everyone else until signage.
After three miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy we are currently pursuing adoption.

Re: UPDATE
I am so sorry that this extra wait is happening. As hard as it is for you, I feel even worse for BM.
We had a hiccup (due to a ASP SW that messed up) and BM had to resign TPR. So cruel and hard to make them wait/redo etc.
Hang in there... Prayers are being said for you.
I hope everything is going smoothly and that you can move forward soon without having to hold back so much of your heart.
All the best; love and prayers coming your way!
