I was afaid if I posted this below in the Monday Munchies - it would be missed so I thought a new post was needed... Call me an AW...
I made this tonight and it was delish & super easy. Melt one stick of butter, pour on bottom of casserole dish, slice up a lemon - place that ontop of butter. Place raw shrimp over lemon slices and sprinkle a packet (or less) of Italian Seasoning (it's called Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix) over shrimp. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
Delish. One recommendation - if you dont like the tang of the lemon peels - I'd peel the lemons first, then slice them. I served over egg noodles.
