Hi all, I'm a lurker looking for some help. My DD will be 2 1/2 at the end of October. She has been sleeping through the night since she was 3 months old. For the last few nights, she has resisted going to sleep and has been waking up in the middle of the night and neither my husband or I can calm her down. Has anybody experienced this or has any idea as to what we can do? Much appreciated!
This happened to us a few times between 2-3. We just stayed the course and held firm. Is LO ina bed? If so, I would try a gro clock and do a little poster with "sleep rules" that you can go over with her at a time OTHER than bedtime. At 3 YO, DD is back to 12 hours/night w an afternoon nap.

She's still in her crib. She hasn't figured out how to get out so we'll keep her in there as long as we can . I'm glad to hear that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks so much for your reply.
