what kind of vitamins to you give LO?

I've been giving DD2 some liquid vitamins that are all natural and made from whole food, but they don't have iron in them. I found out her iron is low, so I'd like to switch to one that has iron in it.

What do you use? She's 14 months, so it has to be something in liquid form.

(BTW, we are also planning to increase foods that contain iron, but I'd like to do both)

I give my LO Michael's naturopathic programs children's chewables...but it only has 25% of his daily rec. dose of iron. Maybe there's an iron supplement out there you can give?

Check out the Floradix line. They definitely have a liquid herbal iron supplement for adults. They also have a child's supplement, but I doubt the children's version has iron in it...maybe talk to your pediatrician about dosing the adult version for her.
