hello im on the IUD and im experiencing sickness and im eating more and wanting strange foods and im more sleepy... im only 18 and im lost at what this may be.. i just want answers.

    You probably just got sick from a virus and the cravings for strange foods are psychological.  If you are on birth control and using it properly, there is less than a 1% chance of getting pregnant.  Morning sickness and pregnancy symptoms don't typically kick in until 6 weeks pregnant (2 weeks after your missed period), so it's unlikely your sickness is actually "morning sickness".  You can always take a home pregnancy test.
