DON'T BUY IT! I ended up returning it after 3 days (yes they took it back) because my temperature was always reading ridiculously low and would give me the same 4 or 5 readings throughout the day. After researching reviews online, other people had the same problems as me! I should have done some research BEFORE I bought it but since Walgreens is a pharmacy I didn't think much of it.
Anyways, I bought the Target brand and it is MUCH more accurate. My temps are now screwed on my chart for the cycle but I'll keep taking them anyway.
Re: Walgreens Basal Thermometer...
I agree. Walgreens bbt is crap.
ETA: and to be honest, I have not heard great things about the target one either.

I had a cvs one for a long time and it worked great.
I agree. I love my cvs BBT. I love the temp save feature. I have had 0 problems with it.
My Ovulation Chart
I also have the cvs bbt and though I am new to temping, I have had no problems with it. I think the fact that it saves my last temp is really handy.
Yep, it is not great (Target). I had it for like 4 months and switched to the Mabis. Target favors temps quite a bit.

I just bought a Nexcare one off of Amazon.
It had 4/5 stars so I went for it.
Anyone tried Nexcare brand?
Edit: Forgot to say it's digital.

I used the Walgreens BBT for months and found out that you need to clear out the previous temp before you take it again. That will fix the "favorite" temps. And it works just fine!

Hmmm...interesting. I still have my Walgreens one, I think I'll try it next cycle and see if it works.
As for the "I still can tell I O'd" comment. Yes, I could tell when I O'd, too. I didn't switch out of necessity, I did it because it annoyed me. Also, the Walgreens one beeped louder.
When I was waiting out the month with my sticky temps before I could switch, I would try that everyday, get a different temp and then same ole thing the next morning.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
Hmmmm, I haven't been temping very long but I like my Walgreen's bbt just fine. I do get some repeat temps, but there is a decent amount of variation overall.
I originally bought the Wal-Mart bbt but returned it because the decimal only went to the nearest tenth instead of to the nearest hundreth.
