Update from 4D Ultrasound issue

Hello, just as an update to all who reached out in my thread below

We had our a/s today and it turns out our baby has skeletal dysplasia. We have an appointment with a geneticist on 10/24 for a follow up ultrasound. The hospital was very caring and kind, but basically said there is a good chance that baby will not live long after birth.

Right now all we are doing it trying to give our little Lilith Ann a good fighting chance.

I am so sorry to hear your prognosis. I was exactly where you are last November when we discovered my sweet Avery had skeletal dysplasia at our anatomy scan. Unfortunately, Avery's diagnosis was Thanatophoric, and she passed away shortly after birth. Please let me know if you need anything at all. I would be happy to exchange numbers and share my experience with you. I remember so vividly how isolated and alone I felt, and I don't want you to feel like that. Careyalis- When I read this post I thought of you because just this weekend I read your blog (linked from FB) and your story had me very emotional. You are such an amazing person to reach out like this and be a support. I can see how it would pull you back through the experience yourself and one might want to avoid that. Thank you, but the truth is thatI couldn't have made it through without support from some amazing women who had been in my shoes. I only hope that I can pass that support along.
