Apparently prenatals make my m/s worse

So I slipped up and forgot to take a prenatal yesterday morning, and about midday, I realized how different I felt.  For once, I felt like I didn't have the flu and more like a human being.  I decided to skip it (forgive) for the day, and take one again in the morning.  Since I went nearly the whole day and felt pretty good, today I decided I would just take it before bed.  Again, I've felt pretty darn good today by comparison.  So, I don't know how many of you take your prenatal vitamins at night, but I think it's going to help ease my sickness.

Has anyone else experienced this?

  • I learned quickly during my last pregnancy that taking it right before bed was the only way I was going to keep it down!  Even after my pregnancy, I kept taking my multivitamin at night, it works so much better for me!

  • I always take mine at night usually at dinner.  We went out tonight and I'm already in bed and forgot to take it tonight.  I think I'll be okay to skip one day.  Too tired to go back out in the other room and DH is on the phone with his father and I don't feel like yelling.

  • I take mine at night....maybe that's why my nausea has been so mild.

  • I switched from the morning to taking them before bed. I was getting terrible dizzy spells and that seemed to fix it for me.
  • I didn't have any issues taking my prenatal in the morning with my 1st pg, but this time I was feeling super nauseous daily.  So, I decided to start taking it after work and I've felt sooo much better ever since.
