Visited the cemetery for the first time today

Hey girls,

As some of you may remember I posted about not having the courage to visit my baby girl at the cemetery. It has now been a month since she passed away and I went today.

I brought beautiful pink roses with me. My husband wasn't home so I went alone. The moment I pulled up to the cemetery the tears started coming very intensely. 

I panicked when I got there because I couldn't seem to find her plot (we are about to order her monument). Thank goodness I found the small patch of grass by where she is. It brought tears to my eyes to see that new grass is growing in on top of her grave. It shows that time is passing :(

 It felt so good to be there. Of course it was so sad but it was very comforting to be there. I talked to her and told her how much we love her and think of her every day. It felt strange to say that because deep in my heart I feel that she is with us in spirit and knows how we feel.

 Thank you for listening as always. I hope you know how amazing and strong you ladies are. While I wish none of us had to be on this board, it is so incredibly comforting to know that you ladies understand.

    That is a HUGE step and I am very proud of you.  Visiting the cemetery often makes me mad and sad all at the same time.  I love going though because I get to "see" him.  I'm sure your little girl loved her roses!
