How many naps a day is LO taking and how long do they last?
DS is taking 1 nap a day, and has for a few months. It typically lasts 1 hour, but sometimes I get lucky and get an extra hour out of him. He naps in the late morning until lunchtime and then stays up until bedtime. It seems like a long time for him to be up, but this is the schedule he has been on for some time.
Re: Naps?
Still 2 naps. First is from 12-1:30ish, second is around 5pm-8pmish.

2 naps a day, each is about 1.5 hours. he's awlays been a big napper.
up at 7, naps from 10-11:30, and again from 2:30-4ish, to bed at 8
DS has never been a great napper, but he usually gets in two naps a day (still). One nap in the morning around 3 hrs after he initially wakes up. The second nap being around 1-3pm.
I do think he is trying to transition only to one nap a day. I'm not sure he will though, because he rarely sleeps more than 45 minutes a nap.
Usually two naps a day.
On average, he wakes between 7am and 8am.
He naps around 10am for 1 to 2 hours. T
hen usually he naps for about an hour around 4pm.
Bedtime is around 8pm.
I have absolutely no idea what I will do when he completely drops that morning nap. I work all night, and that is my only time to sleep many days.
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)

LOL, what time's bed now Castillo?
On DC days, I wake him up at 7:30 and they nap 1-3 (sometimes he wakes a bit early, maybe 15 mins or so). On weekends, we let him sleep in, he usually wakes around 8-8:30, naps at 1, and goes around 2 hours, sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. Today was a long one, almost 3 hours, but he has a cold. He goes to bed around 8, maybe 7:30 if he is wiped from DC or didn't nap for the 2 hours.
Thank you!!
Typically Ds naps around 10:30a-12pm (so 1 1/2 hrs) and then again around 4:30-5:30p (1 hr) in the evening. He goes to bed anywhere between 8:30-9pm
Sometimes he will nap for 2 or has done 2 1.2 hours in the morning and then a lot of the times he will skip the evening nap. Other times he will only do an hour in the morning or 30 mins at night, it varies.
I'd rather him take a LONG nap in the afternoon (like 2+ hours) then 2 separate shorter ones.
