DH brag :)... feel free to brag on yours as well!

We are taking our foster class early on Saturday mornings about 45 minutes from our house. My husband is NOT a morning person. As we were driving to our class I kept thinking about what an amazing (going to get a little religious) Godly and amazing hubby I have. I have several friends whose husbands have told them that they only could love a biological child. Here my hubby is waking up early driving almost a hour to learn about how to take care of another person's child with me. Sometimes I feel so unfortunate that I am that I am still childless and then I remember that I hit the hubby jackpot :) Feel free to brag on your DH.

    Mine just cleaned and organized all of DD's carft stuff in the living room. it looks beautiful!

    DH took LO #2 with him to go meet a friend while LO #1 was napping this afternoon so that I could take a nap too :)  Sadly LO #1 decided to wake up every 20 minutes for 2 hours.

    Currently licensed foster parents with the hope of adopting!  Also pursuing pregnancy through IUI!  First IUI scheduled 10/3/13

    That is so sweet, I love these! My brag would be along the same lines as OP, that my DH is so open to adoption from foster care and special needs adoption when I know so many people that have some unfortunately negative feelings towards both of these.

    Mine emptied out the spare room put together the crib and changing table plus did the laundry dishes and basic cleaning while i was working...leaving me a day to relax today after such a stressful week :)

    After three miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy we are currently pursuing adoption. " Born not from our flesh, but born in our heart. You were longed for and wanted and loved from the start."

    OP- seeing  your husband love a child that is not biologically yours will make him seem even more Godly that you can imagine.

    Great topic.  I just got home after spending the weekend with a Girl Friend in RI.  My DH mowed the lawn (usually my job), put down the fall fertilizer, scrubbed the kitchen and made me dinner tonight.  Party!!!
