Help! I lost the crusty bread recipe

I have searched back through weeks of posts, but I can't find it. I wrote it down, but can't find it anywhere in my buttercream haze. Anyone have it on hand? Thanks in advance!

This may seem like a dumb question, but I'm a bread making newb. Does it have to be a cast iron pan? I'd really like to try this but sadly don't have any cast iron pans.

So I hadn't paid real attention to the crusty bread craze in the beginning, but MIL asked us to bring bread for Thanksgiving and I thought this might be a nice one to do rather than one of our usual breadmaker breads. But that blog is dangerous! I'm now obsessing (ie. drooling) over the chocolate mint brownies. Nom nom nom

I was wondering the same thing, and on the blog she says that anything with a lid will work.

I was talking to friends last weekend about the bread ( I made some then, too) and they said that they've seen cast iron pans at Walmart for super cheap.
