Is there a bump help number for IT issues?

I've read through all of the forums, bump help, etc, but nothing answers my question. I had an old user id which was removed before I started using this one, but my siggy is magically linked to the old one and won't let me change it, no matter what I do. I tried emailing the bump help but with no response - anyone know if there is a number I can call? I feel like I called and spoke to someone to originally get rid of my old user ID, but now I can't find a number anywhere.... TIA!

I'm pretty sure that's the address I used but will try again. Was just hoping there was a number to call too.
