I had lots of bleeding after my CS two days ago until today. I had a couple big clots and then I've been barely spotting...the nurses don't seem to be concerned but I find it odd...normal?
Completely normal. You will most likely go through periods where there is heavier bleeding and then little to none for a while depending on how active you are through out the day.
Same here. I mostly had spotting with random days of red flow (2.5 weeks pp now). I think it's normal, though I'm also surprised that I haven't had more bleeding.

This. Keep in mind, with a c/s, they're suctioning out amniotic fluid, etc, and the doc actually does a pretty good job of cleaning out the uterus while they're in there. C/S moms typically have a lot less bleeding than vaginal birth moms as a result. When you're having a "lazy" day where you just sit on the couch or hospital bed, etc, your bleeding will be pretty light, but it will increase on more active days. With DS, I had some bleeding/spotting on and off for about a month after he was born, maybe a bit longer.

Normal. It definitely fluctuated with DD. you'll especially know when you're doing too much thanks to extra cramping and bleeding. Drink some water and put your feet up!

Like pp have said, the bleeding kind of ebbs and flows. I am almost 5 weeks pp and I still occasionally spot, usually when I over do it. As long as you're not having clots pass larger than a golf ball you are probably a-ok.
Very normal. I asked my nurses about it because I was very surprised at how light the bleeding was and they said the same as pp, with a c-section they do clean you out and bleeding is often much more minimal than a vaginial delievery.
But yes just keep in mind that active days you"ll most likely have some heavier bleeding, and that's normal too!
I did that too. It stopped then came back. It happened many times. I finally quit bleeding 4 weeks pp then yesterday started getting period like cramps.
