  I have used the clear blue easy fertility monitor in the past and it gave me 2 days of high fertility and 2 days of peak fertility and I had sex on the all four days.  I started using the digi clear blue easy monitor this cycle and had sex every day I got a smiley face, but I did recently read that sex every other day during fertile window is sufficient as well so I guess it is left up to the individual person and what works best.

  We do it every other day before and after my fertile week and try to every day during my fertile week. And yes, it does get exhausting lol

  The benefit of the CBEFM is that you get the High days before the Peak days, so you know you're gearing up to O before you would get a positive OPK.    

  For us, once it turns High, we try to have sex every day.  I usually get 4-5 days of High before a Peak.  

  (The rest of the month we just have sex for fun whenever we feel like it).
