Veggie Pattie Recipe

Ok ladies, hit me. I'm on the hunt for a veggie patty recipe so I can make up a batch then freeze to have veggies ready at a moment's notice. I've found a few online, but they all seem a bit meh and would need modification. If you have a moment do you mind sharing? Thanks all.

We make a batch and freeze them for quick meals. DS loves them. He had one the other day with veggie salsa and went nuts!
