Sleep schedule for 3 year old?

What time does your LO go to sleep?  We start bedtime at 7:30 but he isn't asleep until 8:30ish.  He wakes up at 6ish but his naps are getting weird.  He fights naps except for if he falls asleep in the car. If we are home, he won't nap and then falls asleep around 1:45.  We force him to get up at 2:30-3.  But seems like this isn't a good sleep schedule.

    About 3 they go from needing 12 to 14 hours to needing 10 to 12 hours total, naps and nighttime. My LO is going through that, too. She was sleeping 7:30 to 7:30 and an hour nap. Now she falls asleep around 8:30 or even 9 and wakes 6:30 to 7 and naps like 15 minutes. I think she needs to drop the nap but daycare wants to keep it, sigh. So I'm moving bedtime back to 8 or so and hoping that helps.

    Disagree. For DS, 3 was te age where he began to sleep better. He slept 8pm-7am with a 2 hour nap.  DD who is 21 mos, not so much.  She is up at 6am no.matter.what.

    He has been sleeping 7-7 since he dropped his name at 2 years, 4 months.  He will be 4 in a couple of weeks.  Every once in awhile he gets up early for a few weeks, but he is so ready for bed that he asks to go.

    DS will be 3 in 1 month.  I'm pretty sure he has officially dropped his nap :-(  This is good and bad.  The good part is that he goes to bed much better now!  He used to go down at 8:30 but would get up over and over until 10 or later!!  Now he's down by 8 and immediately falls asleep until 7 or 8 am.

    She's in bed around 9, some nights doesn't fall asleep until 10 or so. She gets up between 7:30 - 8. She takes a 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon, sometime around 1 or 2 p.m.

    My DS1 just turned 3 and only naps very rarely now. If he does nap, he will sleep 930 to 630 and take a 1.5 to 2 hour nap. His mood after nap is fantastic.

    If he doesn't nap, he will go to bed around 730 and get up at 630 or 7. His mood is crappy before bed though. I would rather the nap and later bedtime.
