You would think after 8+ years here, I could find this.
But alas, I cannot.
I want to know if this is true or myth (as I have heard the same thing many times) ---
"I've always read that 30 minutes is often better than an hour, especially if it's high impact. It doesn't always feel like you've done much b/c we're so used to the "push yourself" mentality."
You know, the whole "weight loss heartrate" versus the "aerobic/cardio heartrate" --- and if you exceed the weight loss heartrate, you actually aren't burning fat as efficiently.
