Friday Fluff

Favorite go to movie when you need to turn off your brain...go!

Mine would be The Birdcage or Date Night.  Neither are very fun to watch with me unless you like that person who laughs before the funny quotes, quotes them along with the movie, and then keeps laughing and repeating them.

Re: Friday Fluff

  • Unconditional Love or any Harry Potter.

(And The Sound of Music, but I probably didn't need to tell you all that.)

Friends reruns - you can just about always find them on somewhere! (or I might have the DVD's)

In our case "might" is "do."  I think we have all the Friends DVDs and most of the WIll and Grace.  Good call - these are what we watch to unwind, too.

  • Harry Potter, Toy Story, Truth about Cats and Dogs.

At Christmas time Muppet Christmas Carol and Love Actually.

  • This is a tough question. I like so many movies. Do not tell anyone but I am a hopeless romantic and find pretty much any romantic comedy fantastic:Notting Hill, You've Got Mail, The Truth About Cats and Dogs, so many more I cannot think of the title to right now lol.

I also love horror movies (even the wierd independant low budget ones you can only find on Netflix) but those are not a turn your brain off kind of thing lol.

  • When I want to turn my brain off I generally reach for a kids movie such as How to Train your Dragon, Despicable Me, Master of Disguise etc.

If M is around, (she is not big on kids movies) then we go to a LGBT movie as I can hide in my little fantasy world.

TV wise I will watch anything crime related such as CSI, NCIS, Mentalist, etc.

Ooh, Notting Hill is another fantastic one.  We don't own it though, so I'm less likely to re-watch it.  But apparently we could get along well watching romantic movies together :) I'll leave you alone for the horror though!
