I have the Baby Jogger City Select and it is a god send. It is a single or double at the drop of the hat. Every time I get it out of my van I decide if I want just one seat or two seats. Amazing and awesome and unlike the City Mini (which I bought and returned) the under basket is very easy to get into and fully utilize. It has amazing resale value too!
ETA: oh, I didn't see the part about wanting it to be an actual jogging stroller.. I wouldn't jog or run with the City Select.

The front wheel locks so you can jog with it? Whats the difference between that and other jogging strollers? Thanks!
