CPW: How many hours of nap(s) during the day?

I stopped napping at 9 months. So glad DD doesn't take after me! She has never been a great napper but moving to one nap was really good for her. I usually get 1.5-2 hours now, a huge improvement.

He naps 1 to 1 and a half hours, and sleeps 10 hours at night. He was one of those infants that took cat naps though, 20 minutes here, 20 there... It was really horrible.

My DD has been sleeping like a teenager since we transitioned to one nap. I'm not complaining! She naps from one to 3 or 4. And sleeps 13 plus hours at night.

She sleeps about 12-13 hours every night and 1-2 hours during the day. I'd say her average is 1.5 hours. I asked my doctor if it was normal for her to get most of her sleep at night and not take really long naps, and he said it was fine as long as she is getting around 14-15.

My DD sleeps 11-12 hours a night.

She takes 2 naps a day - total naptime usually ranges from 1-3 hours a day. Obviously the days she sleeps 3 hours are amazing and treats

But generally we get about 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.

Not complaining!

1 nap, 2-3 hours in the afternoon (he usually goes down around 12:30). He sleeps from about 7:45pm-6am. (although sometimes, like today, he is randomly up at 5am Tongue Tied

)

1 nap, usually 2 hours, but this week only 1 hour. It better go back to two!
