Baby book woes...

Okay I feel like I am dropping the ball bigtime with DS2. DS1's baby book is detailed the first year of his life. DS2's on the other hand barely has more than his name, dob and weight. I havent wrote anything in the first 3 months of his life and I cannot remember when he did what or sleeping patterns etc. :
Tell me Im not alone... feeling pretty bad about.it...

    No specific experience (yet), but I hear that all the time from parents with 2+!

    You still have time to record things going forward - there's not THAT much they do before 3 months anyway.  Get a nice calendar and pen and put it on your nightstand so that you can jot down if there was something really fun or memorable that happened with anyone in your family that day.  Then if you ever get to it later, you can transfer some of the big milestones into the baby book since you'll know the dates, or just keep that calendar itself as a keepsake/memory book.

    LO2 isn't here yet but my sister's baby book is blank except her name and DOB. She's 26 now. She's fine and doesn't hold it against me or my mum.
