Pedi recommended it today. Went to target and looked at the ingredients. It has artificial coloring and flavor added to it. Yuck. Some people say they are outdoors enough so there's enough in their milk. Some women are taking the drops themselves. Some are giving it to the baby. What are you doing?
Re: Who is doing vitamin D drops...
Ooh! What brand is this?
ETA: I live in MN and our pedi said vit D isn't transferred in breastmilk. We give DD a drop a day. MN sun isn't strong enough.
That's the Carlson D drops the pp mentioned. It's just vit D suspended in coconut oil. It takes one drop a day and the bottle contains enough drops for a year.
