    About 8 mos and I used mild chedder shredded cheese.  Or really whatever we have on hand.

    DS is 7 1/2 mths and has had American and Mozzarella just this week.

    I started giving Caleb shredded cheddar cheese when he was 7.5 months.  Now I give him all kinds!  I have Muenster on hand right now so that will be part of his lunch.  He is like his mama and loves all cheese!
