Has anyone else done this? I was having the worst heart burn yesterday at work, and found 2 pepto bismol tablets in my desk which I took in desperation, without thinking to check if it was an approved medicine. I looked today and discovered that it can cause birth defects and other bad things, especially in late pregnancy. I'm sure that I did not take enough of it for it to truly be a problem, but ugh, I hate that I did that!

I wholeheartedly agree. I was worried early in first trimester about taking my allergy meds without thinking. It is what it is now. You can't change it like PP said. All you can do is make sure to not inhale it all day every day from now on!
