Roasted Pumpkin Seed Help

Ok ladies I need some help!

I absolutely love homemade roasted pumpkin seeds but can never get them quite right.

What is your recipe or method you use to roast them (straight from the pumpkin after washing), what seasonings do you use, and what temp, how long do you roast them for?  What other things do you do them with such as trail mixes, granola etc?

I am going to get our pumpkins this weekend so I want to be able to have some homemade pumpkin seeds.

Thanks!

I soak mine for a few days. I do half in salt water and half in sugar water. After 23 days I lay them on cookie sheets and let them air for a bit. I don't remember how I cook them but I think it is a low temp. I will double check and get back to you. When they are done cooking I drizzle them lightly with oil and toss them on seasonings like cinnamon sugar or garlic.

Maybe this is where I go wrong... I am impatient and do not soak mine.  I will have to add that step this year.   Please let me know what temp too!

    Thank you so much!!!!!!!

After re-reading the original post a few times and scratching my head over the 23 days and why such a long time and weird random number,  I realized you must be mobile so it should have read 2-3.
