This is getting ugly - advice?

Oh boy, being divorced from STBXH is going to be even harder than I thought because he will fight everything.

So I'm preparing to try to get as much in our final court rulings as possible. Things like: Allowing a phone call to the other parent. How in great detail we'll split holidays. How pickups/drop-offs will go at school. Etc.

What else should I make sure to cover regarding the kids? Basically, he picks and chooses when to be a father (he told me today doesn't want DD's fundraising info...OK, I guess fundraising for her school is not interesting to you, so you'll just not bother??). And he acts as if I don't exist in their lives when he has them. And I just KNOW he's going to fight as they get older and have activities on his nights that he doesn't have interest in (like gymnastics).

I think the general court order will state that both parents must allow contact between the kids and the other parent. I would just see if you can have it in your order that both parents are responsible for keeping LO up to date on school work, extracurricular activities etc. I'm not sure how I would word it.
