Twin B had eating issues in NICU, came home and took a step back??

I know I just posted another topic, but need some advice here. My twins wer in the nicu for almost 2 weeks. Baby B had feeding issues and was on a tube. She improved and was sent home. For 2 days she was doing great, we even increased her feeding amount. But since yesterday, she took a step back and now will not finish her bottle (sometimes even to the halfway point) She sleeps through feedings and won't wake up.

Its s frustrating and Im so mentally and physically exhausted. DH is a huge help and has been doing many of the feedings because I just can't today.

 Is this normal?

    thanks! this is a trick we learned in the nicu. today I actually had her with just a diaper on... she still went to sleep.  I actually wiped a wet cloth on her facwe and then cried b/c i felt so bad.... uggghh this parenting stuff is so harsd-esp when ur sleep deprived!

    We were having nipple issues when my two came home. We used the ones that came with our bottles. We had more luck once we switched to same ones NICU used.
