Mold stain in hamper?

So today, when I was doing my son's laundry, I noticed what appeared to be mold on the liner of his hamper. Not 100% sure if it was mold or not, but that would be my best guess since we've occasionally thrown wet clothes into the hamper. FWIW, I have yet to see anything resembling mold on any of LO's clothes.
Anyway, I soaked the liner in some water mixed with bleach, then I washed it twice in hot water. I'm drying it now (but unfortunately, leaving it out in the sun is not an option because it's going to be raining here until Friday). Now, I still see stains on the liner, but I don't see or feel anything that looks like live mold...I think it's just stains now. I don't care about how the liner looks; I just want to know if it's safe to use.
What do you think? Would you use it?
