This is me exactly. We were initially going to start trying as soon as DH got home in Dec, but I think having 6 months together as a family and getting reacquainted with each other is a better idea.

I would love to have another but I don't think I could handle another pg or the added chaos a baby brings. MH doesn't want to get snipped because he thinks I would leave him if I decided I wanted another child.(this would never happen). I think he is just a chicken, but I refuse to do anything either. I told him I had the kids he gets to prevent them.

We have the one and done discussion sometimes, but we will most likely have just one more, in another year or so. Then I'm getting the NovaSure procedure so I can be done with periods.
If you don't know, it's a quick office procedure where they burn the lining of your uterus under twilight anesthesia so you don't bleed anymore, usually for women with heavy bleeding. I caaaaaaan't waaaaait! (Yes I'm grumpy about having my period today if you can't tell).
Working hard, TTCing like a slutty rabbit..
We always planned on having 4 children, After My July indecent I would just like one more and I'll close up shop...(I think)
I am deathly scared to have another miscarriage.

We're not sure if we want more, but its a moot point now anyway. DH and I are still in the "training" stage of our careers, so we don't earn enough $$$ to think about more kids. However, our income could increase substantially when one or both of us gets "real" (read: non-academic) jobs. We'll re-assess if/when our finances improve.
This is me, too, except we'll probably ditch the condoms in January.

This is exactly where we were, then BOOM! Yep, wouldn't ya know? It happened the very first month I didn't write down my cycle days because I forgot. Disorganization=pregnancy? In our case it does. Lol
This exactly. We would have to get a bigger home, too. We could house another child, but I would feel crammed.
DH is getting the snip snip in the next few years. I have an IUD so there's no huge rush, but he will be getting it done. I had the babies, he gets to prevent them now.
I am looking forward to never feeling another contraction again, hopefully. AND I am pondering about birthcontrol until we ttc again. Right now, we are thinking condoms. Yuck.
