8th Anniversary today

Eight years ago today I married my wonderful husband. And since he tries to stick to the "traditional" or "contemporary" gift suggestions, it's always interesting to see what he comes up with for me.

8th anniversary is Linen or Cotton.

He bought me new socks.

But to be fair.. I bought him a new tee-shirt.. .we're pretty much even.

We do the prescribed traditional/contemporary (whichever seems more reasonable?) gifts also. I can't wait to see what I get for our 8th! We celebrate our 5th next month, so I've got a while to wait.

Happy anniversary! I'm a brat. I would have given Q-tips. I always forget about the year gift thing. Last year would have been crystal, I don't think there's anything after that for a few years.
