Does your LO gag him/herself?

DS does this at almost every meal lately. He will shove food in and then realize that he hasn't chewed it and then stick his fingers in his mouth and gag himself until he either coughs the food forward in his mouth or he pukes a little bit up. The puking has only happened a few times but I cannot wait for this phase to be over.

  • Gator has just started sticking her fingers down her throat, gags, laughes, and does it again....

  • It is scary! And it doesn't matter how small I make the pieces or how much is on his tray, he will do it with a single bean.

  • DD does it all the time. She has made herself puke a few times. I always catch her with her fingers down her throat both eating and not eating. I always tell her to stop and she looks at me with those red, watery eyes you get when you gag, like "what ma, I'm doing something and your bothering me?" look.
